Dairy
Dairy is a vital part of the nutrition issue. You should have at least three servings of some kind of milk product every day. To stay away from the other problem, these should be low fat servings. Cheese, milk and even yogurt are all part of the dairy section. This is one of the easiest parts of the entire nutrition system to handle.

Grains
You need to have a certain amount of grains each day as well. Most often people are getting this from the bread that they eat. You need to be sure that you are getting at least three servings if not more of grains. Try eating the whole grain bread that is much better for you. You can also eat wheat and whole wheat bread as well.

Meats
Even though vegetarians would disagree, meat provides proper nutrition. This comes from the protein that is found in meat. Of course you should not over do it because there is a lot of fat in meat as well. For the best results limit the amount of red meat that is eaten. You can always go with chicken or other poultry for this protein.

Taking part in proper nutrition is vital to all people. The better you eat the more likely you are going to be healthy. When you are healthy then you can live a good long life. Plan your meals around a schedule to avoid making mistakes.
